Located on the Bellarine Highway at Wallington between Geelong and Queenscliff, Adventure Park Geelong is Victoria's premier regional theme park. During the summer season the park operates as a water park with rides, slides, and pools for all ages. In winter it transforms into the spectacular Winter Glow event, featuring light trails, snow zones, and theme park rides under the stars, making it a year-round destination for families.
The summer water park season runs from November to late March each year, with all rides included in the general admission price. Attractions span everything from high-speed waterslides to gentler splash zones for younger children, and the park's setting amid native bushland gives it a distinctly relaxed atmosphere compared to big-city equivalents.
Winter Glow runs from late June through August and offers a completely different experience: thousands of lights illuminate the park after dark, a snow zone brings the novelty of snow play to the Bellarine Peninsula, and the classic theme park rides keep spinning.
The park is about 20 minutes by car from central Geelong and 10 minutes from Queenscliff. Ample parking is available on site, and the park recommends booking online in advance, especially on weekends and during school holidays.
