The estate has been planted primarily with chardonnay and pinot noir, the classical varieties for traditional method sparkling, taking advantage of the Yarra Valley's cool climate.

The Greenpoint Brasserie on site serves lunch daily with a menu built around seasonal local produce. The grassed terraces and views across the vines make this a natural spot to linger over a glass.
