TwistED Science is an award-winning interactive science centre in the heart of Echuca, offering 90-minute sessions of hands-on experiments and activities designed for curious minds of all ages. Visitors can test their reaction speed, construct flying machines, build virtual rivers, and taste edible insects, making it one of the most genuinely engaging family attractions in the region.
Sessions run several times daily, each lasting 90 minutes and covering a rotating range of science themes. The centre caters especially well to children aged 4 to 15, though adults regularly find themselves just as absorbed in the experiments. An augmented reality climbing wall is available as an optional add-on.
The venue sits close to the waterfront, with parking nearby. During Victorian school holidays the sessions fill quickly and bookings are strongly recommended. Term-time visits are more relaxed, though advance booking is still advisable.
TwistED Science also runs science party packages and can tailor experiences for school groups and community events.
